Le CT IMS² a le plaisir d’annoncer l’organisation de sa 8e École d’Hiver, qui se tiendra du 16 au 20 novembre 2026 sur le campus Arts et Métiers de Lille, au sein du laboratoire LISPEN.

Cette école d’hiver s’adresse principalement aux doctorants en première année de thèse, mais reste ouverte à tout doctorant ou jeune chercheur souhaitant approfondir ses connaissances sur les technologies et les approches de l’Industrie du Futur. L’ensemble des enseignements sera dispensé en anglais, afin de favoriser les échanges scientifiques dans un contexte international.

Au total, 28 heures de cours et de travaux dirigés seront proposées. Les enseignements combineront des présentations théoriques, des échanges scientifiques, des études de cas et des discussions autour des problématiques actuelles de la recherche en ingénierie industrielle.

Le programme, actuellement en cours de finalisation, abordera notamment les thématiques suivantes : fondements de l’industrie du futur, les systèmes reconfigurables, les produits intelligents, les jumeaux numériques et les agents industriels.

Cette école constitue également une excellente opportunité pour développer son réseau scientifique, échanger avec des chercheurs issus de plusieurs laboratoires et découvrir différents axes de recherche portés par le CT IMS².

À l’issue de la semaine, chaque participant recevra un certificat de participation, permettant généralement de justifier les heures de formation auprès de son école doctorale.

The CT IMS² is pleased to announce the 8th IMS² Winter School, which will take place from November 16 to 20, 2026, at the Arts et Métiers campus in Lille, hosted by the LISPEN Laboratory.

The Winter School is primarily intended for first-year PhD students, although it is also open to any doctoral student or early-career researcher wishing to strengthen their knowledge of emerging concepts and technologies related to the Factory of the Future. All lectures and activities will be delivered entirely in English, fostering scientific exchange in an international environment.

Participants will attend 28 hours of lectures and tutorials, combining theoretical sessions, practical discussions, industrial examples, and scientific exchanges with experienced researchers.

The program is currently being finalized and will cover topics including: Foundations of the industry of the future, reconfigurable systems, smart products, digital twins, and industrial agents

Beyond the technical program, the Winter School offers an excellent opportunity to build scientific collaborations, meet researchers from different laboratories, and discover ongoing research activities within the CT IMS² community.

At the end of the Winter School, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation, which can generally be used to validate doctoral training hours within their respective doctoral schools.
